"The Blue Potato At Home", enables you to organise sit-down lunches and dinners at your home. It will be up to you to choose from 5 to 9 pre plated courses and then have the option of wine pairings to compliment the complete meal or per course. I will send you the entire infrastructure you will need for my team to prepare this at your home - chefs, stewards, hostesses, decorators, flower arrangers and cleaning staff, etc; so that once the venue and date have been chosen, you will be able to leave the rest of the arrangements to us.
